AUTUMN LEAVES

If you are like me and you love the foliage, you know that NYC will soon offer a breathtaking sea of yellows, oranges and browns. I love to think about how we can take advantage of this color explosion.
Tables can be decorated accordingly: leaves-shaped appetizer dishes, a centerpiece to dominate the table with orange mums, nuts, and white orchids, a very elegant combination, yet unexpected.
My favorite autumn dish is without a doubt the pumpkin risotto, which is in season this time of the year. Offering your guest a small portion of risotto, in a wooden bowl is a warm, delicate way to cuddle their palate! I love to incorporate the freshest flavors and fragrances of a season in an artistic and inventive way.
