The warm glow of candlelight creates an intimate atmosphere for a party of two or two-hundred.
Incorporating candles into centerpieces or adjacent to other decorations is a must at any event. Candles and flowers enhance each other, and add warmth and romance to every setting.
Candle Light
To create a sophisticated ambiance, and to add light, color and perfume to events, I like to work with small vases of flowers to encircle the candelabra, pillar candles surrounded by glass stones that reflect the sparkle, and floating candles in vintage glass vases.
It is essential to look beyond the table, and to consider the other parts of an event space that can be accentuated by a touch of light: Imagine a wooden sculpture, illuminated from the sparkle of a candle at its base, or a marble staircase, where candles arranged in rows, would provide as charming luminaries.
Never underestimate the allure of intimate candle glow.
